That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty policy:

Fixture Warranty:

Our lighting products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty of 5 or 10 years, depending on the product. Please refer to individual product specifications for exact coverage details.

Labour Warranty:

All labour and installation work performed by Faraday Lighting is covered under a 1-year workmanship warranty. Note: Although workmanship is covered, any equipment rental costs (e.g., lifts, scaffolding) required to access the fixtures for service or replacement will be the customer’s responsibility.

Replacement Policy:

In most cases, defective fixtures are replaced fixture-for-fixture with the latest upgraded model available at the time. In some instances, only the failed part may be replaced, depending on the product and the nature of the defect.
